As you do not know the path of the wind,
or how the body is formed in a mother’s womb,
so you cannot understand the work of God,
the Maker of all things.
We are in the Information or the Digital Age in which more and more people are viewing, accessing and storing information in a digital format, whether it is on their own storage or on the cloud. Every day, more and more videos and information is stored online. There is an estimate of 1.2 million terabytes as of 2013. This is probably a fraction of what it is today as more information is created every day. There is a lot of information for us to learn about everything under the sun, but it is way too much information for us to ever look at. The amount of information that we can access can be overwhelming.
As much as we have access to more and more information, it doesn’t mean that we are all-knowing. God is all-knowing and we will want to know more, but will never come close to understanding the work of God. Our minds are finite and a lot of our thinking can be based on our emotions, circumstances and environment. God it he Maker of all things and He made us, so He knows what’s best for us. We may think we know what is best for us, but ultimately, it is God who determines our steps. God is not overwhelmed by the information we create as He is infinite and knows no limts on the knowledge of the universe.
